Smart devices, installed like they belong.

Doorbells, thermostats, switches, locks — wired correctly, put on your Wi-Fi properly, and explained before we leave.

The missing-wire problem

Most Florida homes lack a doorbell wire, a C-wire at the thermostat, or a neutral in the switch box — which is why the device "doesn’t work." We run the low-voltage wiring it actually needs instead of the gadget-store workaround.

Platform-neutral

Alexa, Google, Apple Home — we install the hardware and wire regardless of which ecosystem you’re in, and tell you upfront if a device won’t play well with your setup.

Common questions

No existing doorbell wire — can you still do it?

Yes — we run new low-voltage wire from a transformer or your chime circuit. That’s the common case, not the exception.

My thermostat has no C-wire.

We pull a proper C-wire or install a correctly-wired extender — not a battery hack that dies in July.

Can you mount the doorbell on brick/stone veneer?

Yes — masonry anchors and proper sealing are standard in this state.
