The gear, racked and wired — not just shipped.

Switches, firewalls, UPSs, and servers — mounted, powered, labeled, and cabled into a plant your IT side can actually manage.

Hardware versus configuration

We install, mount, power, and cable the gear. The configuration side — VLANs, rules, remote management — belongs to your IT admin or our partner UCore Networks. One visit can cover both sides.

Remote hands when you’re not there

Reboot this, move that cable to port 12, send a photo of the front panel — scheduled remote-hands work so your off-site IT doesn’t need a truck roll.

Common questions

Will you install equipment we bought ourselves?

Yes — bring your own gear and we rack, power, cable, and label it. If something won’t fit the space or the power budget, we flag it at the survey.

Do you configure the equipment too?

Physical install and cabling is ours; logical config is handled by your IT side or our MSP partner — we coordinate so it’s one smooth handoff.

How do I know if my UPS is big enough?

We measure the actual load at the survey and spec runtime for what you need protected — not what the box’s marketing says.
